All the services offered by Your Psychic Destiny are for entertainment only and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of a reading or other service. You must be over 18 years of age to use our services and either be the bill payer or have the bill payer's permission to make the call.
All calls to our Premium Rate Live Reader Services are recorded, this is a requirement of PhonepayPlus in the UK and REGTEL in Eire. Calls to our Credit Card Booking and Customer Care lines are also recorded for security purposes.
Whilst Your Psychic Destiny believes our readers to be the best available, they are self employed, sub-contracted readers and as such Your Psychic Destiny does not have control over the content of any readings. Therefore, we cannot accept responsibility as to accuracy of content, given, expressed or implied or as to the suitability of the content for any purpose. Your Psychic Destiny will therefore not be liable, or accept liability, for any loss or damage of whatever nature which may result from content given in any reading or from any information supplied via our website.

Your Psychic Destiny UK Charges
Calls to our live service from within the UK cost £1.53 per minute from a BT Landline; call costs via other service providers or from a mobile telephone may be higher. These charges equate to approximately $50.00 and $2.50 respectively and will fluctuate according to the current exchange rate.
Your Psychic Destiny Eire Charges
Calls to our Live Services from Eire cost €2.40 per minute. Services are provided by Eircom and regulated by REGTEL; call costs via other service providers or from a mobile telephone may be higher.Calls are recorded and are for entertainment, 18+ only, Customer care number +353 190 14576
Your Psychic Destiny Credit Card Services
UK Charges
To use our credit card services you must either be the card holder or the card holder must be present when the booking is made.
With the exception of clients booking from North America, we charge £30.00 for the first 20 minutes and then £1.50 per minute thereafter.
North America Charges
Clients booking credit card calls from North America will be charged in GPD at £30.00 for the initial 20 minutes and £1.50 per minute thereafter.
Your Psychic Destiny UK Text Services
Text services are provided by Your Psychic Destiny. Mobile (cellular) telephones are charged on a reverse bill SMS basis. The client pays their operator's normal text charge to send a text to us and is charged at a Premium Rate to receive the return message. If a UK telephone is being used outside of the UK on a ‘roaming' basis, additional costs to the operator's standard text charge and the Premium Rate charges shown below may be applicable.
These services are only available from telephones operating on the following UK networks: Orange, 02, 3, T Mobile and Vodafone. Orange users are limited to a maximum limit of £30.00 on text messages per short code per calendar day.
The charge for the Your Psychic Destiny standard text service is £1.50 per message received and you may need more than one reply. The charge for the Your Psychic Destiny Tarot service is £3.00 for a three card reading.

Your Psychic Destiny Complaints Procedure
Complaints about the services provided by Your Psychic Destiny are extremely rare, however, if you have a complaint about any of our services you may notify us by telephone or in writing, as follows.
You may telephone the Your Psychic Destiny Customer Care number: 0870 803 1770 Alternatively, you may write to Your Psychic Destiny at Montague Place, Quayside, Chatham Maritime, ME4 4QU. If your complaint cannot be resolved over the telephone, you will be asked to submit it in writing to this address. It is our aim to investigate any complaints within three working days (Monday – Friday excluding UK Public Holidays)
Your Psychic Destiny Credit Card Reading Guarantee Of Satisfaction
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your reading and terminate your call within the initial five minutes, on calling our Customer Care number, we will endeavour to place you with an alternative reader for the full twenty minutes of your original booking.
However, if your call has lasted longer than five minutes before termination of the call, we will only be able to give you a reading in respect of the remaining amount of time of your initial pre-paid twenty minutes. Your Psychic Destiny reserves the right to withdraw the above facility at our discretion in cases of persistent complaints.
Your Psychic Destiny Use of Data
Your Psychic Destiny is registered with the Information Commissioners Office under the Data Protection Act as a Data Controller. Unless you specifically request to be excluded, we will only use your personal information for the purposes of Your Psychic Destiny marketing. This may include mailing of our regular Your Psychic Destiny newsletter or promotional SMS text messages. Your Psychic Destiny will not pass on any personal data or recordings to any third party unless required to do so by an appropriate regulatory authority, for example, PhonepayPlus or REGTEL.
Your Psychic Destiny Barring Of Access
Your Psychic Destiny may at our discretion, temporarily or permanently bar a user's access to any or all of our services in any of the following circumstances: User has misused our services in any way, user is abusive to company employees or readers, user has committed an act of fraud against Your Psychic Destiny or any of it's associated companies.
Your Psychic Destiny Legal Jurisdiction
These conditions shall be construed in accordance with English law and any legal action against Your Psychic Destiny or any of our associated companies must take place in an English court.
